How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Bag Crap ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all products purchased through Bag Crap come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
